Rio and Darren are a couple of genuinely nice guys. Welcoming with a smile and a beverage, went above and beyond even testing a fault on husbands mini for free. Not just sales, they have a mechanic who we noticed was telling the owner of the car up on the hoist what exactly was wrong with his car. Bought an immaculate mini coupe, who Darren showed me around with detail. Had a phone call and a text hoping we got home okay and any problems just call. I was dealing with Rio from Used Cars Limited Bristol. Who was very polite on the phone and called me back when he said he would with more information for me as requested. He was already at the garage waiting for us before our arranged time and was happy for me to have a proper good look over the car and was quick to answer any questions without replies that leave you with more questions in your head. His knowledge was good about his stock. During the test drive he was happy to let me actually drive the car and listen to it. In summery he was polite, knowledgeable, not pushy and seemed very genuine much like the car we came to look at.
